The Register of Battery or Accumulator Producers

Reports

EEE and BA producers or EEE / BA waste manager (if the producer has concluded a contract for WEEE / BA management) according to the Regulations issued by the Cabinet of Ministers is obliged to submit reports in the Register.

The electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) producer or waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) manager (if the producer has concluded a contract for WEEE management) has to submit their reports in the EEE Register according to the Regulations issued by the Cabinet of Ministers No.388 on July 8, 2014 "Regulations of EEE categories and requirements of EEE for marking and information" (available in Latvian language only).

 

Reports to be submitted:

  1. Report on amount (weight) of electrical and electronics equipments placed in Latvian market
  2. Report on collected WEEE amount (weight)  and reused, recycled, recovered WEEE amount (weight)
  3. Report on amount (weight) of electrical and electronics equipments placed in European Union member countries markets

Reports has to be submitted twice a year on the previous half-year accordingly by October 30 and April 30.

 

Reports need to be submitted in the register of EEE producers electronically (available in Latvian language only).

BA producer or BA waste manager (if the producer has concluded a contract for BA waste management) has to submit reports in the BA register according to the Rules No.485 issued by the Cabinet of Ministers on June 21, 2011 „Certain types of hazardous waste management procedures" (available in Latvian language only).

 

 

 

Reports to be submitted:

  1. Report on amount (weight) of batteries and accumulators placed in Latvian market
  2. Report on the amount (weight) of collected batteries and accumulators waste in Latvia

Reports has to be submitted twice a year on the previous half-year accordingly by October 30 and April 30.

 

Reports need to be submitted in the register of BA producers electronically (available in Latvian language only).
